Order & Payment Policies
Add products to your cart by clicking the "I Want This!" button. Double check your cart and your shipping information before clicking the final button that completes your order. Once you click that button, the order begins processing. If there are any mistakes, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour to make any changes.
Secure payments can be made online with your credit or debit card, or by signing into your PayPal account and choosing your preferred method of payment. Wunder Budder doesn't store credit card or bank information, ever.
Want to use a personal check? You can do that by emailing your order to email@example.com. We'll give you a final total, and your order will be shipped 7-10 days after receipt of payment.
After you check out, your order goes into processing. It takes us an average of 3-4 days for us to fill and safely pack your order before we take it to the Post Office. Holidays or heatwaves may extend processing time.
You can pick First Class Domestic (3-10 day average delivery time) or Priority Domestic (2-3 day average delivery time) shipping at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated by approximate weight, and may not be exact. All orders over 13 oz will automatically be shipped Priority (sorry, this is a USPS rule).
If you live outside the US, choose International shipping. Our shipping only includes US charges, so you are responsible for any and all local VAT. We are currently set up to ship to Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Because each country's shipping restrictions differ, we must manually review the rules. If you live outside the US and your country is not listed, please contact us. Please note: items containing alcohol can't be shipped internationally.
We hope that you'll never want to return products, but if you're unhappy with your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt.
If anything was damaged due to shipping or a mistake was made by us, we'll have you send the items back to us. Once we get the return, your item will be replaced and sent back to you, along with a refund for your return shipping costs.
If you'd like to make a return for any other reason, you may be refunded or you can choose store credit for the item price. Refunds or credits don't include the price of shipping.
Because our items are personal care items, we can't restock returns. Please keep this in mind when you're placing your order, and remember if you're unhappy with your things, contact us at email@example.com within 7 days.
We hate spam too, and preventing it is important to us. We'll never share your personal information with a third party, and we don't buy mailing lists.
Your information is stored by us so we can keep track of your order history, and that's it. We never store any credit card or bank information.
