Order and Payment Info
Please double check your order, payment, and shipping info before completing your order. If you notice a mistake after you get your order confirmation, reply to the confirmation email right away to let us know. Often we can fix it from our side, but on occasion you may be required to cancel the order and start over.
We use the information you give us only to fulfil your order, and we don't store your payment information. Because of this, we are able to remove unwanted items from your order but not add more items. If you want to add items, please place a second order, and contact us right away in order to combine the orders for shipping.
Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days and shipped USPS First Class or Priority - you choose at checkout. Orders over $49 ship free. For full details, see our Shipping Info.
Returns and Exchanges Info
We hope that you'll never want to return products, but if you're unhappy with your order, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or sending an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt.
Because our items are personal care items, we can't restock returns. Please keep this in mind when you're placing your order.
