Over a decade ago I started making essential oil aromatherapy inhalers.
Our first blend was the Breathe inhaler (formerly known as Winter). At the time, I was a full-time adult student, majoring in geology, and double minoring in physics and math (translation: lots of labs in addition to regular classes!) I was also planning my wedding, working two part time jobs, and trying to build Wunder Budder on the side. I had no time to be sick!
One of the things I did in order to take care of myself without taking a break was to create a personal essential oil blend (it's important to take breaks, but I'm better at teaching this than doing - I tend to overfill my schedule because I just get so excited and want to do everything!)
With eucalyptus and other oils, it helped keep my head clear and also felt comforting. It made me feel so much better that I wanted to share it. I found these little portable tubes, and gave it the name Winter because it's crisp and clearing, and it's perfect to use during the winter months.
Everyone loved the Winter inhalers, so I added more blends, and officially created a line of essential oil aromatherapy inhalers.
A few years in, early in the twenty-teens, I got an idea to create a line of retro-style aromatherapy room sprays. I named it Atomic Aromatherapy, "aromatherapy for modern living", modeled after a time period that was decades in the past but had a modern feel. An age-old way to work with plants, with a modern twist.
I held onto this idea for years. I purchased the web address, and made a logo. I'd work behind the scenes on the new line whenever I could, and kept planning to add it "sometime". I temporarily simplified our labels, and renamed Winter to Breathe, but I always planned to go back to the old style.
Tons of life and business changes later, including a move, nearly exponential growth of our lip balm through wholesale, and a brick and mortar business later, I've decided to let it go.
Maybe just for now, but maybe forever.
Without the full line of Atomic Aromatherapy in the works, I wanted to bring our essential oil inhalers back to Wunder Budder.
I hope you like the new look!

Lisa
